Check-In / Check-Out

- Check-in is at 2:00pm CT and entitles you to your site until 10:00am the day after check-in. Early check-ins are not permitted. Midnight Campground needs time to make sure your site is clean and ready for your stay. If you will be arriving in the area early, we ask that you make arrangements until your site opens up at 2:00pm. We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. You do not need to contact the us for checking-in or checking-out when using the booking site. Should you have any questions, please contact us.

- Late check-ins are allowed at any time but please be mindful of other guests as quite time is 10:00pm.

- If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed. Please contact park for more details.

Site Changes

- You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move, please check with us prior to moving. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made 3 – 14 days before the scheduled check-in day are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) nights reservation fee. Cancellations made two days or less before the scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation total.

Change Policy

- A minimum $10.00 service charge may apply for each change to this reservation. Changes made two days or less before the day of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal up to 100% of the reservation total. Please contact us to make changes.

Refund Policy

- A $10 non-refundable fee will be charged at the time of your reservation. Additional fees may apply, please see our cancellation policy for further details.

Reservation Occupancy

- Each reservation is required to be reserved by a minimum of one adult. Only four adults and four children may stay under one reservation. If a reservation has less than four children, or even does not have any children, the maximum of four adults still applies.

Campfires

- Midnight Campground does not supply a fire pit or fire ring. If a portable campfire is used, the guest is responsible for cleaning up all debris and ashes from the fire. Campfires must be kept at a reasonable level and under control at all times. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by campfires.

- Please check to see if there is a burn ban in effect before lighting any fires.

Vehicle Policy & Parking

- Midnight Campground speed limit is 5 mph.

- If you have a golf cart, side-by-side, motorcycle, trailer or boat, please contact us for parking arrangements. Additional charges may apply.

- Each campsite is intended for one RV, two vehicles and a common area. Do not park in your campsite common area.

- In the event the reserved campsite doesn’t have an RV, the reserved campsite should not exceed a total of three vehicles and trailers combined within the established site.

- All Vehicles, RV’s, Trailers, Trucks, Boats, etc.... must always be operational & movable.

Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that are not under your reservation, do not block our dumpsters and, do not park in the laundry or playground parking spots for extended periods of time.

Site and Park Navigation

- Please be respectful of your neighbors and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.

Washing

- Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge. Hose washing is not permitted at any time within our campground.

Pet Policies

- Pets must be kept under owners’ control at all times. Pet owners will be held liable for any encounters and all damage caused by their pet.

- There is a maximum of three pets allowed per reservation.

- Pets are not allowed in the facility buildings.

Pet Vaccinations

- Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up to date.

- Leaving Pets Unattended

- Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave.

Dog Barking

- Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.

Animal Feces

- Animal feces must be cleaned up before check-out. For extended stays, please ensure you're maintaining the grounds.

Cleaning Fees

- If the campsite is not cleaned prior to check-out, we will charge your credit card an additional $40.00 cleaning fee.

Visitors

- Midnight Campground reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 10:00pm CT. Overnight visitors must depart by 10:00am CT if the registered guest is checking out.

- Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are following Midnight Campground rules.

- Any vehicles staying overnight or greater than eight hours requires a parking permit which can be acquired from by contacting Midnight Campground. Additional vehicles are to be parked in designated areas.

Electrical Use

- Please notify us if you have any electrical issues with your power pedestals during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals.

On-site Facilities - Restrooms, Common Area

- Due to development costs, permanent restrooms and a common area are currently not offered at Midnight Campground but are coming at a later date.

On-site Facilities - Coinless Laundromat

- Midnight Campground is pleased to offer access to a coinless laundromat with a monthly add-on charge to an existing reservation. Please reach out to us for your access code. (Access is limited to guest of Midnight Campground with a current reservation)

- Only guests of Midnight Campground with a current reservation are welcome in the laundry building.

- Children must always be accommodated by an adult in the laundry facility

- Pets are not allowed in the laundry building.

- Do Not sit or stand on the laundry machines.

- Do Not use Bleach, Liquid Fabric Softener, or Tide (including Tide Pods), as these products are hard on our septic system.

- Do Not leave your laundry unattended after the cleaning cycle has ended.

- Please ensure you clean the lint trap after every drying cycle.

Quiet Hours

- The quiet time is 10:00pm to 7:00am. During quiet time, please be considerate of your neighbors. Please keep your pets quiet, do not run generators, play music, or engage in loud or disruptive behavior.

Trash Disposal

- Dumpsters on the premises are intended for the use of trash created during your stay. No outside trash should be brought to our campground. Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, tires, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our dumpsters. We ask that trash be bagged before tossed into the dumpsters.

Children

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The safety of your children is the responsibility of the registered campsite guest.

Drones & RC’s

- Be mindful of your neighbors when playing with remote controlled toys.

Fireworks and Firearms

- Fireworks and discharging of firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibition of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns.

Repairs

- Major Repairs to RVs, vehicles, and trailers are not permitted in our park.

Housekeeping

- Campsites must be kept clean of trash and clutter. Keep your campsite neat, clean, and orderly. Deposit trash in the containers provided. Leave your campsite as clean as you found it.

Tents and Canopies

- Midnight Campground does not allow the use of tents or canopies anywhere on the property. Guests may not use a tent in lieu of an RV.

Midnight Campground Liability

- Midnight Campground is not liable for any damage to personal property, stolen or misplaced items and/or vehicles.

Midnight Campground Right to Refuse Service

- Midnight Campground has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We do not accept sex offenders or convicted violent criminals for the safety of our other guest.
